Commentary for Rosh Hashanah 57:15
א"ל רב נחמן לרב הונא מאי שנא לאחרים דלא דלא אתי צד עבדות ומפיק צד חירות לעצמו נמי לא אתי צד עבדות דידיה ומפיק צד חירות דידיה
I might think that they are not bound [to observe this blowing]. Therefore we are told [that this is not so].
